As one of the top four food and management service organisations, Elior was under pressure from stakeholders to have ‘living’ CR processes and activities.

Good Values worked with Elior to develop its overall CR agenda, which included comprehensive environmental audits and the recommendation of programmes and processes to reduce Elior’s environmental impact. We also helped Elior create a differentiated positioning through a Healthier Eating strategy.

Key to the success of the strategy was the creation of tools and training that ensured the programmes could be implemented throughout all divisions and client sites in an efficient and cost effective way.

The Healthier Eating Strategy has been a success, meeting its 2009 implementation targets.
