Lloyds Banking Group

Good Values has been supporting Lloyds Banking Group since 2011 with its community programmes, developing a successful employee volunteering strategy, advising and supporting the implementation of its Community Fund and consulting on the selection process and strategic direction of the Charity of the Year.

Understanding the important benefits that a successful employee volunteering programme could bring to both its business and wider society, Lloyds Banking Group set itself stretching targets to significantly increase the number of employees volunteering.

Good Values were briefed to support Lloyds Banking Group in the development of their national Colleague Volunteering Strategy. Throughout the process we provided market insight and intelligence to identify key opportunities and advise on the development of a bespoke on-line volunteering management system and the selection of brokers and charities for volunteering opportunities.

Since the implementation of the strategy, the number of Lloyds Banking Group colleagues volunteering has increased significantly, surpassing the targets set.

Good Values supported Lloyds Banking Group in the development and implementation of the Group’sCommunity Fund, which was launched in 2012 to coincide with the bank’s sponsorship of the Olympic Torch Relay. This initiative has been received very positively by employees, customers and the organisations in local communities.

We also supported Lloyds with their Charity of the Year 2012.
